Cyanocobalamin 1mg tablets  Orobalin®

  • 1mg tablets
  • Approved for:
    • for the treatment of non-dietary vitamin B12 deficiency when hydroxocobalamin injection is inappropriate (e.g. patient has declined IM injection) or unnecessary (e.g. iatrogenically caused disease).
    • dietary related deficiency where self-care treatment of low dose OTC cyanocobalamin has been ineffective and only until levels are replete, after which most patients can continue to supplement with OTC B12.
